Chris McElroy aka Namecritic - Hurricane Katrina Charity Scam Exposed

Another Namecritic Charity Fraud - Disaster Victims Org

Hot on the heels of Chris McElroy aka Namecritic's admission that he paid his staffers from donations made to his missing children charity, KidSearch Network, another charity scam is found.

Disaster Victims claims to help reunite children seperated from their parents as a result of disasters like Hurricane Katrina.

Once again there is a notice stating your donations are NOT tax deductible !!!

No doubt Chris McElroy aka Namecritic will justify paying his staffers from these donations on the grounds they are disaster victims as they work for him!

It is interesting to note that the websites for Disaster Victims and KidSearch Network have been partially altered - this evening they are starting to claim that your donations are now tax deductible...seems like some quick web page amendments are being made by Namecritic aka Chris McElroy sidekick, Chuck "Porky" Crawford down in Tijuana, Mexico.

Have no fear Namecritic we have the screenshots saved and your scam is being reported to the FBI, Florida State Attorney and the Florida Better Business Bureau - the sooner you're out of business the better!

If you have donated to either of Chris McElroy aka Namecritic's charity scams you can report the fraud to the F.B.I. here

Yeah Hindle? This is 'porky'.

You forgot to mention that you stole several domains from one of my clients, then stole hundreds of dollars in services from my company.

So my lawyers will be in touch. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to let the world know how much of a sleeze you are. I'll be sure and put your information site back online so that the world knows a hell of a lot more about your sleezy ass. See, I can prove you are a liar and a theif. I'll not only sue you, I'll have you arrested. So keep on slandering me. It will cost you dearly once we get into court.

You know what, Karl. You don't scare me. And I'm sure you scare Chris even less. You have no understanding of the law or any common intellectual capacity.

It doesn't matter what the address of an organization is. As long as it is a legal address, no one cares. I'm not associated with KidSearch Network, RunawayTeens, or DisasterVictims. I am only associated with the business that Chris McElroy started and that has nothing to do with his charitable endeavors.

Furthermore, anyone can collect donations for any reason. You don't have to be a 501(c)3 or non-profit organization to take donations. All you have to do is ask people for money and if they give it and get nothing of value in return then it's a donation. It's a perfectly legal transaction.

You obviously have some deep-seated anger issues that have gone unresolved. You have been banned from entering the U.S., you have been arrested for harassing your ex-lover (which I'm not surprised to know), and now you want to seek to destroy people's reputation - all because you can't get what you want (whatever that is).

I never would have cared one bit about your childish tirades except that you have sought to bring innocent and unconnnected people into your fantasy disputes.

All of this boils down to the fact that you had a head-butting incident with Chris McElroy, but you had to involve other employees and that was why I quit defending you against him. Now, you seek to claim work and references from our clients without authorization and because you've been asked to quit doing this you want to make personal and public attacks, which you can't back up.

If you have a beef with Chris, Chuck, or I then take it up with us. Leave our clients and employees out of it as it doesn't involve them. You are just a blow hard and it's not hard to prove it.
